Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied, we welcome your feedback and return within sixty (60) days of purchase. You may return an item* that was purchased from our site directly. If you purchased an item through a stockist, please use your receipt to return via their store’s policies. If you run into trouble, absolutely reach out to us at advntr@curious7design.com.

*Please note: Meal items may not be returned due to health and safety practices. If you are dissatisfied with a meal product, please reach out to us at advntr@curious7design.com and we will find a way to make it right for you.

To begin the online return process, reach out to us at advntr@curious7design.com. Because we are a small operation, you will deal with a real human who will handle the transaction personally. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process.

  • Because we cover the cost of shipping, we ask that you pay for shipping the return to us. In your communications during the return process, please provide the tracking number.

  • Upon receipt of the item, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship your replacement upon receipt of the original item. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

  • If you don’t have your order number, send us a photo of your item. Because our stock isn’t large, someone will know what the heck it is!

Gift Returns 
If you received an item as a gift and don’t have a receipt or order number, please don’t hesitate to contact us at advntr@curious7design.com. We’ll find a way to get you where you want to be!

Shipping Policy

At this time, we’ve decided to cover the cost of shipping. We didn’t feel like integrating shipping costs into our platform. That’s great news for you–shipping is on us! If you need to initiate a return (see above), we ask that you pay for that cost, but because we’re in the ultralight business, hopefully it won’t be too much, and we trust you’ll be happy with your product(s) and won’t want to return them.
